asdoc tab command with two bysort variables

Hello Dr. Shah, Thank you for ASDOC. I’m having the following issue. I followed your website blog, which had other users ask the same question. However, I cannot solve it. I want to display summary statistics for hospital ownership status (for profit, not for profit, and government owned). I want to tab it by whether or not they are before or after 2017. So I use: bysort year: asdoc tab own, replace However, the issue is that it only displays the value of asdoc of all years summed, not before/after 2017. I need it to display: Pre-2017: FP NFP Gov’t Then: Post 2017: FP NFP Gov’t Do you have any suggestions? Thanks, Dunc Williams, Jr., PhD
