The use of asdoc to produce a nested table of probit’s marginal effects

Prof. Shah, thanks for your highly useful programme. I'm using Stata 15, and I'm trying to use asdoc to produce a nested table of marginal effects after executing the -probit- command. Any ideas on how I can do this? Thanks.
